What is your return policy?
We offer easy 7-day returns if the items are damaged. You are required to make an opening video of your order and share it with us. Upon evaluation, items will be returned and refunded.
How to raise a return request
Write to our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and the unboxing video. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, earrings and customised pieces are not eligible for returns unless received damaged.
